Today Sarah, from Zoolab, took Year 6 on a imaginary journey through the rainforest and were introduced to various different animals as we travelled.
We heard about the army of snails - and then met Shirley the snail. The cave filled with bats and cockroaches - and met George and Linzi the cockroaches. Rose the tarantula came next - not Miss Lockington's favourite!! We heard about the python and met Ziggy the constrictor. Its skin was surprisingly smooth and soft.
We were very brave and even held some of the animals ourselves!!
