On Thursday morning we woke up to blue skies and glorious sunny weather. After breakfast we hopped on the coach and headed off to Blackpool.
We had a fantastic day. First stop Madam Tussauds where we mixed with pop stars, sports stars and comedians.
We all enjoyed the Rovers Return, especially Mr Morgan and Luke.....
After Madam Tussards we walked up the promenade by the sea to the Pleasure Beach. We ate lunch and then it was off for more fun.
We had an amazing afternoon....some of the more adventurous among us raced and looped through the air on thrill rides....Avalanche, Big Dipper, Ice Blast and Wild Mouse.
Wr all loved the wet water ride Valhalla, though we were absolutely soaked at the end of it.
There were loads of family rides such as the dodgems, ghost train, flying machines and Derby Racer which we all enjoyed.....a few donuts and slush puppies completed the day.
As growing children we were still starving on returning to our hotel, so a dinner of soup, burger and chips and ice cream desert we were ready to go again.
We ended our day with a games of Ten Pin Bowling.........happy and tired we walked back to the hotel and off to bed......day 3 officially over!
