Year 1 Colour Run Fun!

6th Jun 2024

Year 1 were very excited to attend their first OCPS 'Colour Run' this week. It was great fun cheering on the Year 7's as pupils from throughout the school covered them in powdered paint. Our aim just isn't perfect yet in Year 1, some of us managed to get a little bit of paint on our faces too! Not long after we returned to school, we were treated to a delicious ice cream to celebrate the end of Year 7’s fun week. Yum!

We were delighted to return to Hill at the High this week. There were lots of new activities and resources to explore - the giant tyres and balancing planks proved great fun.

As our topic of 'Bears' comes to an end, we investigated where in the world you might find different types of bears. Take a look at our photographs to see some of the bears you might find in China, Asia, Canada and The Arctic. Our art skills have really improved over the year!

Remember - Ditch the stabilisers on Monday morning - EY1 at 9am and EY2 at 10am.
