This week, in our TOPIC Numeracy, we were looking at Venn Diagrams. We had so much fun sorting information into the correct 'set' and explaining WHY we had placed the object there.
We made TOAST on Thursday, and we thought a Venn Diagram would be a great way to gather our information. We could clearly see who wanted only butter, only jam, or both butter and jam on their toast.
We had to interpret the data we gathered and tell Mrs Crosbie things about the Venn Diagram.

In our Literacy, we completed some INSTRUCTIONAL WRITING, expaining how to make toast. We had to be very careful to include important details!
