Here in Room 5 we're exploring the topic of energy. We identified the potential energy stored in the twisted elastic band and how it quickly changed to kinetic energy and helped the plane stay airborne. We're hoping to investigate whether or not the elastic band makes any difference to the length of time the plane stays airborne once we're perfected our take off.
