Year 2 enjoyed a fantastic trip to Speedwell on Monday 12th December.
The beautiful, frosty weather got us into the Christmas spirit as we took part in games, craft and team building activities.
We braved the chilly weather to do a woodland treasure hunt where we followed clues to find decorations for the Christmas tree. We learnt lots about woodland animals and tried to spot Santa’s reindeer. We were accompanied on our walk by Santa’s robin!
The highlight of our trip was our visit to see a very sleepy Father Christmas. He was assured that P2 are being very well behaved and he will definitely be visiting Omagh on Christmas Eve!
