Room 3 say hello to the PSNI!
5th Apr 2022
Room 3 had a brilliant visit from two PSNI officers. The police came to visit everyone in Year 3 to tell them why it is important to:
- Be aware of strangers
- Wear your seat belt when in a vehicle
- Wear a helmet when doing a sport that requires one
- Know what to do if you get lost
As a special homework the children were asked to try and remember what their home address is and a telephone number of a parent/carer.
The officers brought their police car and the children LOVED climbing into the front and back seats as well as hearing the sirens and seeing the flashing lights!
At the end of the visit Room 3 had so many questions for the officers when they sat on the 'hot seat'.
