The sun shone today as 299 little ducks raced down the river for Omagh County Primary School's first ever 'Duck Derby'. Everyone had a fantastic time as they watched most of the ducks cross the finish line (some managed to escape) and enjoyed a delicious BBQ together.
Thank you to our fantastic PTA for organising the event and to Jimmy Anderson for putting in an extra effort to ensure the day ran smoothly and safely. A special mention to the River's Agency who helped catch all the ducks at the end of the race and to the new Omniplex Cinema who sponsored the first prize.
