Given the current economic situation Room 5 have had to bring in a Personal Area Tax....well, not really but it got us talking. What is tax? Who pays it? Why do we pay it? If we did bring in a P.A.T into Room 5 what would it be used for? Most importantly how do we calculate it? Using our knowledge of area we calculated our own P.A.T figure and given our results we're hoping we never have to pay it!
