We took a team of P6 and P7 pupils to the Station Centre in Omagh to take part in the annual McDonald's Soccer Sixes football competition. We played some very close matches in the Group Stage, before being knocked out in the quarter finals on a penalty shoot out. All our players tried their very best and showed a very sporting attitude, and they all came home with a medal. Mark McCombe also picked up a trophy after being picked as Omagh County's All-Star player, and Leah Harkness received the trophy for best girl player. We had a lovely time out of class - many thanks to Pat McMahon and all at the Station Centre for organising such a great competition.
