Year 3 enjoyed a lesson with Karen McWilliams from the EA helping us to do our 5 Theraplay activities. We loved the ‘stretching’ story and ‘pizza massage’ activity. Karen showed us some breathing exercises by blowing a feather to our friend. We enjoyed the relaxing music to wind down too!
