P2 have been practising measuring using non-standard units such as multilink, paper clips and counters. We drew around our feet and had great fun measuring how long they were!
On Friday P2 Jungle Explorers headed off to Forest School with a special mission! We had to find 3 ‘snakes’ and order them according to length. Next, we had to measure each one using non-standard units.
The fun didn’t stop there as our final challenge saw each class go head to head to see who could work together to make the longest snake. It was neck and neck until the very end when Miss Doherty’s snake was announced as the longest!
