March was a busy month in Year 4!
Here are a few things that Year 4 have done.
We have:
- visited Omagh College for two Science workshops on Pollination and Water Pollution.
- had a 'Book Tasting' for World Book Day.
- had visits from Mr Pollock, Mr Alcorn and Mr Beattie linked to our World Around Us topic 'Water'
- had a visit from Mr Magee an author who provided us with lots of inspiration for writing stories after Easter.
- finished our Handling Data topic in Numeracy and had lots of fun investigating the colours of Smarties in a tube!
- started learning about fractions in Numeracy and played lots of fraction games to reinforce our knowledge.
