Year 5 cousins, Brooklyn and Kyle, avid Northern Ireland fans, were delighted to be chosen to be the Northern Ireland mascots for their game against Latvia at Windsor Park on 13 November. The boys obviously brought the team luck as Steven Davis's second-half strike gave Northern Ireland a 1-0 win over Latvia. The boys thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were thrilled to be presented with their own Northern Ireland home kit. As both boys are talented footballers, we may well see them play for Northern Ireland in the future!
