This month has been full of laughter, smiles and free play with friends. It has been a mix of emotions as we welcome the summer and say goodbye to our Year 7 friends! The Year 7 children have been incredibly helpful in both Breakfast and After-School clubs this year and we will miss them terribly! I hope you all come back to visit us again in your new uniforms with updates on your new schools and friends!
As we say goodbye to another school year, I want to take this opportunity to personally thank each and every one of our After-School and Breakfast Club parents for their continued support. It’s your continued kindness and understanding that has made my first year of being the After-School co-ordinator that much easier.
I also wish to thank all the Breakfast and After-School staff for all their hard work this year. You have all worked so hard at completing the activities with the children and making sure each child is happy and well fed. A special thanks to Mrs Dolan who sacrifices part of her weekend each week to buy the groceries for our tasty snacks! We couldn’t do it without you!
Lastly, I hope you all have a fantastic summer and I can’t wait to see everyone again in September!
