The Incredible Years Programme is a 12 week programme designed to support parents in how to:
- increase the amount of praise they give their children
- set limits with discipline techniques
- feel more confident about their parenting skills
- solve problems and communicate positively with their family
- gain their children's co-operation, leading to more positive relationship
