🥳Happy New Year Celebrations in Mrs Crosbie's Class🥳

9th Jan 2025

Today, Year 3 entertained the whole school, leading a whole school assembly! During the morning, the children shared with the school HOW they know Christmas is over. Luke, Isla and Isaac talked about wheelie bins being full, living rooms looking very bare and sweetie boxes being empty!

We loved showing everyone the toys we received for Christmas and had lovely loud and clear voices on the microphone telling the school about them!

Every child in our class took part, talking and singing to the whole school- over 300 children! We are so proud of each and everyone of them! 👏👏👏

It was an excellent assembly to start the new year, 2025! Joyous singing and lively actions filled the hall with cheer as we all enjoyed singing our 'Happy New Year' song.

Back in class, we thought about how we can be an even better boy or girl, and enjoyed completing some arts and crafts to add some colour to our 'Happy New Year' board!

(We were so busy in assembly, we didn't have a spare hand to take any photos in the hall!)

We hope you enjoy looking at the photos, and ... HAPPY NEW YEAR!
