To try to take our minds off Valentine's Day cards and presents for a while, rooms 9 and 10 made their way to the hall for 45 minutes of exercise. The instructors had a range of activities planned - games, a work-out (including press-ups, sit-ups, star jumps etc!) and some nice relaxing stretches. Everybody had a really active time, as you can see from the photos! We were tired just watching them!
