To celebrate the beginning of the Chinese New Year, we learnt all about how the Chinese New Year is celebrated, the legend associated with the new year and we even found out what year we were born under! Some of us are the Year of the Dragon which means we are strong and always up for an adventure 🐉🐲and some of us were born the Year of the Snake which means we are very wise and charming! 🐍 We even found out Miss Doherty was born the Year of the Monkey which means she is very mischievous!!
We made our very own Chinese Lanterns, which are used within the Chinese culture to symbol the end of the Chinese New Year Celebration and to symbol hope!
