As part of Year 5's World Around Us topic Healthy Living they took part in the Dairy Council's Food and Fitness workshop. As well as learning about the different food groups the pupils also took part in some exercises to add to their daily exercise total. Thanks Sara and Chloe for coming along to take the workshop.
