Primary 3 had a busy week revising ch, qu and ng sounds. We know that when 2 letters make 1 sound, we call this a DIGRAPH. We had to spot our target sounds EVERYWHERE! Sometimes they were at the start of words, sometimes at the end of words and sometimes in the middle of words! We really enjoyed our interactive tasks on the Interactive White Board, pulling things out of the treasure box, building our words using our paper squares and completing word sorts!
