A week full of daffodil themed fun in Year 1!
Year 1 have had a blast this week embracing all things 'daffodil' in honour of Marie Curie. What a way to end the term!
In between crafting and baking we were busy keeping an eye out for the Easter Bunny - suspicious activity had been reported around Miss Funston's office. After covering the school in 'wanted' posters the Easter Bunny finally came out of hiding and made a special appearance in the Year 1 playground today. We weren't fast enough to catch him but we did manage to find all of the chocolate he had dropped. Yum yum!
Have a well deserved rest over the holidays Year 1. We will miss you all.
Enjoy baking and crafting at home. We can't wait to see some of your photos posted on our 'Daffodil Tea Photo Wall'.
Happy Easter,
Mrs Pollock and Miss Peters
