On Wednesday 22nd October 2014 Omagh County P.S. held their Harvest Supper. Friends and family were entertained to a programme of poetry, song and prose led by the Senior Choir. The programme consisted of traditional harvest hymns and Bible passages, but also focused on the need of others throughout the world.
Afterwards everyone enjoyed a Harvest Supper of apple pie, tea and coffee provide by the PTA.
At the Omagh County P.S. PTA AGM Miss Funston presented a short DVD on how the IPads purchased by the PTA had been used during the 2013-14 academic school year. The outgoing committee gave an overview of events organised during their year in office, and presented the school with gifts to the value of £6500.00.
These gifts included Art and Music tuition for KS2, sports equipment, literacy and numeracy equipment. Miss Funston thanked the PTA for their excellent work.
