Busy Bees in Nursery
This week in Nursery, the boys and girls enjoyed learning about bees and worms!
They painted bee models for a wall display, found out that bees make honey and tasted honey on bread for their snack. Some boys and girls also spotted a bumble bee in the P1 garden but Ms Bunce wasn't quick enough to take a photo. (She did manage to take a photo of a mayfly though. It looked a bit like a dragonfly when it was flying!)
We found out that worms have five hearts but we only have one and we had great fun painting with worms! (We pretended that bits of string were worms :)
The afternoon class got the chance to make their shakers this week and had fun shaking them while they sang songs and everyone has been practising their ball skills.
Enjoy your long weekend boys and girls.
