On Wednesday 15th March pupils in Year 6 and 7 went to the hall for a presentation by Elaine Brownlee of Bryson Energy. It was all about saving energy and avoiding pollution. We learned about Global Warming and the importance of insulating our homes. Two willing volunteers even got the chance to dress up - one of them as a house! Everybody in Years 6 and 7 has made a solemn promise not to leave our PS4s and televisions on standby, to always close doors properly and switch lights off when we're not using them, and to only fill our kettles up with as much water as we need! Thank you Elaine for a very interesting talk on a very important topic.
