Wow! The weather was the most fantastic stimulus for our writing activity today. We were writing 'WINTER' acrostic poems in Literacy and only had to look out the window for inspiration! We also enjoyed watching videos to get us thinking about what really goes on in this wonderful season!
After some 'Think, Pair, Share' we fed our ideas back and started extending them into our acrostic poem layout! 'WILF' helped us to check our work according to specific criteria and in our plenary session, we loved sharing our great ideas with the class!
