Over the past couple of months members of the LSC have been taking part in the RSPB's Big School Birdwatch. As well as feeding the birds peanuts and mealworms we made our own food for the birds to sample.
Recently we explored the properties of materials the birds use to make their nests. We even tried to make our own nests using man made materials. Successful nests we're able to support 3 mini eggs and a parent bird.
