On Wednesday 14th December 7GM took part in an online coding session with Microsoft, linking up with David Durand who turned out be French! The pupils had to choose a global environmental problem and think about how it was caused and possible solutions. David was very impressed with our ideas and creativity and the children certainly responded well to all the tasks and took his "the sky's the limit" encouragement very seriously. Our hour (and a bit) simply flew by and it was soon time to say "au revoir", but not before David taught us how to pronounce some festive vocabulary and (virtually) present certificates. A great session, thoroughly enjoyed by all - Joyeux Noël!
