We had great fun this term reading the novel, The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark by Jill Tomlinson. In Activity Time we used wires, bulbs, batteries and even switches to investigate how to make light for Plop. We evaluated our learning using the I Pads. Ask us at home why some of us had to use 2 batteries!
We worked with Miss Doherty, our Art student to make Owls using paper plates, they looked great on the wall, hopefully you will get them home soon!
We used 2D shapes to create 3D models using the Magnetic Polydron, we used the I Pads to photograph these for show and tell.
