Pupils in Year 4 and 5 had a very informative and active visit from the Dairy Council. Eimer and Tessa told us about the different food groups and the importance of eating a balanced, healthy diet and how important exercise is too. Pupils even had the chance to try out their "rapping" skills with the five a day fitness rap.
