On Wednesday 11th February, Rooms 3 and 4 made a trip back in time to the Ulster American Folk Park as part of our topic, 'My Place and Yours'. We disovered what life was like around 200 years ago in Omagh. Our trip started in the school house where we saw how schools long ago were a lot different to Omagh County! We visited an original single dwelling house, the Chamber's house and the Mellon House. Then we boarded a ship and set sail for America to explore houses and shops across the Atlantic Ocean. Thankfully we all made it back to Omagh County in time for the school bell!
